Deals Chain DMG proportional to self Max HP to all enemies with a 100% chance if self has 2 or less debuffs after using a Skill. Grants self 1 stack of Chill after being attacked, and increases self Action Gauge by 15%. Inflicts all enemies with SPD Down for 3 turns if self Chill is at max stacks at the start of the turn. The effect that triggers at the start of the turn ignores Effect RES and occurs once per battle.
